In this class, it was a class to make a collage using the results of the 3D work that I did last week. I made various collages based on the 3D work I did at home. I mainly made silhouettes that I couldn’t make because it was difficult to fix clothes and threads on mannequins. The collage I made in class was too small, so I bought a large thread at home, wrapped it around my body, and made a large net shape with a large thread. I made 18 collages using pictures of shapes that were difficult to make because I couldn’t fix the net. What I thought was lacking while making this collage is that I only did 3D work using a jacket, so all the collages I made are jackets, so they are not diverse and may look similar. Still, I thought it was various because I gave various details and silhouette variations, but I got feedback that the collage with too much jacket or thread looks like a textile work, so I am going to use only interesting silhouettes based on the collage I made or apply my favourite detail to other clothes design. In my opinion, I felt that I should improve my personality of working timidly and scared because I need bold and challenging attempts, not just making ordinary collages that are similar and less likely to fail. To improve my shortcomings, I try to use more diverse materials and think about different kinds of clothes. I think that ordinary or boring ideologues come out because I usually try to do only what I like or am confident about.
